Atleast all these unpredictable opponents are teaching me to pay more attention and take more notes. For example, after this hand, I was able to calmly sit back, open up the note box for this player, and type in "[censored] YOU YOU LUCK ASS MOTHER [censored]. EAT MY ASS" |

This opponent is obviously not straightforward. On this hand against an unknow, I like either folding to the flop three bet or capping the flop. If you cap the flop, I think only a maniac would call and bet out on the turn without a hand. Maybe an OESD or A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] X[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] would bet out the turn, but it would be an unfortunate coincidence if he had that. |

God I love Paradise. Love it, love it, love it. I'm playing O8 there now, but the Hold'em games are great as well. Just played an O8 pot that reached 59 BB. I knew I was getting quartered for the low (and had no high), but I was still pumping the river because there were five people left in there with me. Even if I get sixthed, I'm just breaking even. Sure enough, got quartered, and still came out + 4BB on the hand.
I might have to start playing Paradise even when they don't offer a bonus. It's the most accurately named poker site ever. (Caveat: I have never played at Fish Pond poker, so it's possible that they really deserve this title.) |
