FWIW, We're planning to move to Sydney (or Brisbane if I can convince my wife) in about 2 years' time. Can't wait.

There is no such thing man. Overseas transactions always take a few days unless its WU. Even then you will have at least a day for the poker room to process it. You can also use a neteller instant debit card, but you will still have to wait while the room is outting money into your neteller acount and then you will pay heaps in fees.

What industry are you looking in? Im in design/graphics/multimedia and i have seen some decent salaries but I would imagine that they are competitive.
