ElDiablo - I hope you'll consider a multi-phased competition, as opposed to voting based on just one picture. I suggest a category for swimsuit and evening gown, as well as talent. Also, each contestant could go through an interview process with you as the interviewer, or perhaps an ask me type thread open for a set period of time. Although pictures would be fine, those contestants who are really striving for excellence could submit videos.
