well, first link I clicked doesn't help your cause...

[ QUOTE ]
it means they are looking into an abormallity on your account as far as im aware.

my account was suspended for an internal audit because i had played an abnormally high amount of sit and go's with the same player.

it took them 3 days to complete the audit and they opened my account and unfroze ( not sure if that's a word) my money.

as long as you have nothing to hide your account will be opened again soon.

hope this helps

PS does the same stuff the first time you try to cashout, and some other times. They just don't call it a "routine audit". They say it may take up to 3 days for approval (or whatever). Much better choice of wording and way to handle the situation.

So they are basically a waste of time? So who can players turn to if they feel they have been treated unfairly?

[/ QUOTE ]In fairness to Doug, there have been other players that have posted similar complaints about having funds frozen. In a number of these situations Doug has stepped in,and when it wasnt clear that there was fraud or collusion committed,he helped them get their money back. This even when it was clear that ofton site rules were violated, such as having multiple accounts playing on the same computer.Maybe he is just telling lies here, and Eric could be innocent. But there is a track record of Doug stepping up to bat for players he felt were wrongly accused.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree that it was very good of Doug to do this, but if it was not for Doug would those poor guys have lost their bankrolls? So if they had not found this site to post on then they could have lost everything simply on FTP's say so? This is definately not filling me with confidence about FTP's ability to look after players accounts.

MY SUGGESTION:

FTP should just give him back his original deposit as a token of good faith and as an apology for handling ericjones as bad as they did. Even if he cheated, he deserves to be given a response in a much more expeditious manner. Even mass murderer's have the right to a speedy trial in america.

Ericjones should take it and apologize to all of us for not being as open and honest from the start.

in situations like this where we may never know the true facts a compromise is what is needed.

Let's not go nuts, if he's guilty he doesn't deserve squat, but he does at least deserve a decent explanation.

And if FTP wants us to have any confidence in their security department, they should at least respond.

It is quite possible since it is not Doug's department that he has been told not to say anything else about this case or any other in the future.

Your right if im guilty I don't deserve squat. But Ftp making a statement saying I am without backing it up also means squat.

If I was really guilty what else would I have to gain if they have caught me and they have this pile of evidence on me huh that I have no defense for?

Why do you edit all of your posts? I'm still trying to figure this out.

I think he goes in to insert bad grammar and random spelling errors. Could be a way to disguise his true identity, or maybe he just wants to fit in with the majority here.

Yes, i like Doug a lot.

But if FTP Fraud-support would actually respond to e-mails and be fair and listen to their players then there shoudln't be any need for Doug to have to step-in to save the innocent-players in the first-place.

Where the hell would these players be if Doug weren't there?
Probably still with none of their money while having more of their e-mails ignored by FTP fraud-support.
