i reviewed the chat from wacken and wanted to offer some feedback. While its not the brightest thing he has done and next time zip it up. It could have been alot worse. He didn't say what game he was playing and how he goes about playing keno etc. Thank god for that. Im sure mansion has computer printouts and could see a spike in keno etc on there end without people saying anything. I doubt a customer service rep is going to care what a customer says unless hes related to the owner..lol. When i asked them about my account and why the bonus hasnt been released the rep on his own said play anything like baccarat choose one color and blow out the 1x rollover. He said this on his own. My point is this, lets not get carried away hear. Next time, limit your chat with casino's poker rooms etc and let this community answer your concerns.

you have renewed my hate for Wacken

Hey Wacken, what is your mansion username?

I'd like to ask customer service if the auto-clicker script you are using is against the T&C of the bonus. I want to mention your username so that they know exactly which auto-clicker I'm talking about.

I'll report back with the results of chat.

? i did the 2nd bonus +125 after the rollover.

[/ QUOTE ]

I did the second bonus and won $530. That makes up for my dreary win of only $250 on the first bonus.

Here's a question that someone may know the answer to: If I have bonus money in an account but already withdrew, can I redeposit to clear the $1000 in bonus money? Or will it make me clear the first and 2nd deposits before seeing the money? (i.e. do they clear like Intercasino bonuses, for example?)

[/ QUOTE ]

If I'm understanding you right -

My first deposit was only $300, and then I put in the remaining $800 a few days later. I had two bonuses sitting there, $300 and $400. The $300 does indeed clear first, separately. You do not have to clear the second bonus as well.

So yea, redeposit and clear that bonus.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sweet - thank you for this information.

I'm too scared to do this bonus because of the high variance and relatively low +EV.

That's fair enough. If your roll can't take the hit, then pass on it.

Finished. Here's a summary.

Steelers bet: +1000
Keno: -1400 (damn you Even!!!1)
Blackjack 1x: +60
Bonus: +1000

So overall, I'm up 660 from my deposit but down 340 after trying to Keno this bonus.

Color me pozzed. Starting a poll in BBV for people to record/revel in/cry about their results.

This bonus is the worst thing ever. If you're on the fence about it at all then I would recommend passing on it.

It's not fun losing the entire bonus and still having to wager $10K to clear the rest of it. I somehow doubt that I'm in the unlucky 2% that this should happen to but I don't know how to calculate the standard deviation so what do I know.
