Well looks like the final day I watch Hockey this year is upon us

What do you think about Lindy Ruff's comments about the Hurricanes just trying to draw penalities?

What's with the negativity man? Anaheim came back down 3-2 vs. Calgary. Pittsburgh did it vs. us a few years ago (ironically after the Sabres won Game 5 at home in overtime). I'm not sure I love our chances tonight with the building likely being a nervous wreck, but if we find a way, Game 7 is a legitimate coin flip IMO. Miller is certainly capable of outplaying Ward/Gerber, though he hasn't done it the last two games.

And there's the exact reason I loathe most Buffalo fans. That attitude can carry over to the team, especially with an important game at home. It's also why I love Lindy, he doesn't put up with that [censored] attitude. I fully expect a similar performance from Game 5, where they dominated overtime.

Game 7 will be a fun one.

Come on guys, there is hope. They just have to win this game now and they get to a game 7. HSBC should be rockin and the Sabres should feel good about getting Numminen back in the lineup.

I was at the Comeback game against the Houston Oilers in '92 and I stayed until the end. So stranger things have happened in Buffalo sports history. It's reasonable to say that Buffalo can win just two games in a row. Don't give up because it's not over yet.
