Ummmm....can I get cliff notes? I really don't want to search through this for previous cliff notes, etc. I have this much: Doc is guy in bottom pics, wants to nail girl on left, and a drug called paxil is involved.

Cliff notes:

Doc lives in a self-imposed prison of abject denial. The girl is a succubus who's been feeding off his emotions for years. OP has caused himself nothing but misery and pain to the point where he seems more or less accustomed to it as his lot in life. He is chasing a worthless dream that will never, ever come anyway, and seems content to skip merrily down the path of self-destruction.
