Sorry if it has been said before, but do the two cards showing up on the bottom of the screen ever confuse you on where you are sitting? Just folded A8 on the button against the blinds thinking I was in first position. PS Playing two tables [/ QUOTE ] Yes, I always donk off money the first few days of a new site getting use to the software. I've tried picking seats 5 through 7 to help with the bottom card display. The post it idea sounds good, but the cards at your seat are so freakin tiny. |

for those multitables i emailed wpex and they said they are interested to hear suggestions and it will be passed on to whoever is in charge of it...I just asked to be able to play more tables like other sites so if we got a lot to email them maybe they would consider it in the future.

It's a little block that you can place over the cards at the bottom. It takes two of them to cover up the hole-cards almost completely. Helped me immeasureably. All it is is an online post-it note to block it out (originally intended to block your cashier balance if you are too results-oriented at the tables). Indeed, the cards AT the table are really tiny. But i can live with that as long as I'm not in a constant-state of thinking I'm in the 5-seat. |

[ QUOTE ]
This whole thing will fail if majority of poker players won't play BJ or sports. Getting interest on deposits won't cover even a fraction of the expenses - processing fees, bandwidth, support, fraud, etc.. [/ QUOTE ] Actually I think the massive interest they get on all the funds will do just fine for them. And all it takes is just for a handful of the poker-players they draw to become big-time ($1k+ on several games per day or something) sports-bettors to make it a profitable move for them. However, as I mentioned before, it wouldn't hurt to place a few sports-bets with them. I never had an account at WSEX before as most of my sports-betting was done on Pinnaclesports and a couple other sites. I don't bet games very much. But I'll certainly take some of my small-time sports-betting action to WSEX now just in hopes that it makes a teeny difference in their thoughts on the success of the promotion. |

I was thinking about betting some %age of my rake return on a random sports game every week. What kind of EV am I giving up doing this? 5%? I can bet 1k and only average a loss of 50 bucks or so right?

If you're doing it (mostly) randomly then I'm guessing this would be correct.
I think their sports-betting at WSEX might have a bonus over there but I'm not sure. If they did then your disadvantage would be a little bit less of course. The question about how much disadvantage you would be at might be better asked in the sports-betting forum where some of the posters actually have a clue about such things (as opposed to me). |

It does not even have to be so much - EV. One could just place bets in the sport that they know best and do a tiny amount of calculations. A skilled poker player is probably a better sportsbettor than an avarage raecruational sportsbettor.
What i'm trying to say is that, if you do not do sportsbetting on a pro/semipro bases, they'll probably be a little - EV, but not as much - EV as it is to a regular fish. |

I've already placed sports bets with them instead my usual bookmaker. Honestly, how does Darren Clarke not beat Mark O'Meara heads up? Now if they'd just add Aussie Rules betting to their book, I'd never leave, Cheers, Mahogany17
