Am I the only person who likes those big sunglasses on women?

I'm a late comer to the thread, but I'll throw in one of my fashion pet peeves. I hate the trend of footless tights under short skirts. Either show off your legs in a short skirt or don't. If you don't want to show some skin, that's fine, but that means the miniskirt is not for you.

I have seen two girls that looked really sexy with this look. i know where you're coming from, more often than not it looks horrible =/

Definitely not, but I don't like all of them on every girl. The glasses still have to fit right and some of the above examples don't mesh well with the people wearing them.

I also hate the giant sunglasses look. My wife has several pairs, and I often tell her I can't see her head.

Giant glasses add to the mistique of girls but in most cases, we are hiding a face that is unattractive.

they make ugly girls looks better by hiding their face. they make attractive girls looks worse by hiding their face.

On a cute, petite girl I think they look playful. I guess that's the appeal they have for me.

Fashion Update!

I went shopping while on vacation. I went armed with all the advice my fellow loungers had given me in this thread:

1. stay away from baby doll tops
2. no loose fitting, long shirts; aim for form fitting, figure flattering
3. and finally, the one I call "Blarg's preference" - no dull washed out shades.

Today I'm wearing a very uncharacteristic bright pink sleeveless top with a small cowl neck that is form fitting. I've received quite a few "Wow, like your shirt!" So apparently you guys know what you're talking about .

It was really fun and I sort of felt like I was on a mission. Wanted to thank everyone for their honest opinions and let you guys know that it really left an impression on me. thanks.
