Stars is only good for tourneys imo, I really dislike their cash games... The players per flop % is terrible...

AAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh.

One day I swear I am going to sit at a table and NOT lose 2 buyins in the space of 10 mins and then spend the rest of the session grinding back.

lol, story of my poker life. Now, if I'd only remember that people give you no respect until you showdown the best hand, I'd probably be golden.

On a different note: Yesterday, I had my first royal ever (starting hand AKs). Only took me ~200k hands to finally get one, but whatever.

Winnings: 7 BB off a shortstack who chose to shove over my pf raise (QTo ftw!) and scare out the other donators... He probably thought "WTF rigged!" when his two pair weren't any good.

Thanks for the advice on those 3bet minrasing shorties gelford, pjo and kaz. I think I was making it harder than it really is - put them on a range and raise/fold like alot of pokah hehe- except razz where IDK and it just sems like slow oscillating death -like limit but with intra-hand swings every friggin street.

What you say about metagame kaz is useful too to help my preflop nittyness image -though sometmes I like just blindly stealing with jack all.

BTW it's good to be back - for those that don't know I was in the caribbean for 2 weeks[friend's wedding too] on a wholy funded pokah trip -quite a few NL50 buyins wisely spent- camera issues mean trip report pics will be delayed but I'm sure I can find a few.

It's a v. nice place [Barbados] with good sailing/snorkelling/scuba though all man made wrecks. Friendly locals that speak english and good food particularly if you like seafood. Alcohol is pretty cheap $1.5 a beer and rum is 2$ for 250ml or 20$ for all u can drink in teh boatyard on tuesday nights. 'reggae' buses that are yellow and play reggae everwhere cost 30p so getting around the smallish island is peasy -hiring a car is also goot but teh buses r fun.

If anyone is thinking of going and wants some info/places to go then just PM me whilst it's still fresh. I'll be going back...

I would say in order to suck, you'd have to fold The raises need to be bigger though.

I cant believe how badly I just screwed up a perfect hand.

20NL Prima
100BB

Hero on the button with AA.

3 fold, Hero raises to $0.8, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop AT2r.
Hero best $1, BB calls.

Turn 6.
Check around.

Pot 3.5. River some blank.
BB bets pot, Hero raises to 10, this [censored] idiot flat calls.

Shows 66.
