question about limits:

my ATM withdrawal limit is $600/day. when does this reset? is it 24 hrs from my previous $600 withdraw, or does it reset at 12AM (easter or pacific time).

I received an ACH withdrawal to my bank today, initiated on Sat. June 9.

Wrote them a message as I understand its hard to get through to them on the phone. Expecting a meaningless response telling me my question will be answered in the order it arrives in two weeks.

Just read further up in the thread. They told me (and others it looks like) that there is a processor issue. ATM cards still work. Sound familiar? I have seven pending ACH's that have not gone through yet going back to last week. ePass says that any ACH that did not fail has been or will be processed. For now they blame it on a tech issue. I guess we will see.

I received a $600 ACH today in my bank acct (don't know when initiated, I do it everyday). I also did an ATM withdrawl of $600 today, and sent another $600 to my bank account. Things are looking up?

Edit: I actually recieved $600 twice today in my bank account. Holla!

I received deposits into my bank account and just initiated successful withdrawals to my account. Things look like they are working OK now.

Has anyone ever paid attention to their "online statement" during the weekend? My initiated ACH transfers from this weekend are sitting as "outstanding" instead of "matched." This may always be the case on weekends, though, as I have never paid attention.

Does anyone know what the max transfer from bank to epassporte via EFT with the upgraded acct? I know the non upgraded is 300 per day, do they up it when you put in that 2nd loading method?

I think you have to pay $5 to upgrade. Then you can do $600 per day. Beyond that I believe you have to have 5k in your account or something and they will upgrade you further. There should be a place where you can click to upgrade, pay the $5, and then your set for $600.
