also i dont think viper is solidly #1, if bm/enc/syl hold out the first 5 levels there really isnt much in it

If two very skilled players would play then picking second would be just super imbalanced... (Viper's only real counter is Enchantress, so in case Viper is picked first other guy takes Enchantress and in all other cases you either pick Viper or another good counter to whatever hero the other guy has).

isnt there a simultaneous pick mod? (ie you dont see who the other player picks)
if there isnt you can just do the picking through a simul program before hand then again that basically just turns in to a game of rps
