Dude, sevens are a dime a dozen for the rest of your life. If OP was really mesmerized by this other girl (regardless if she was a true 10 or not), its definitely worth the shot even if its a 1% shot.
For those that think that she's just stroking her ego, so be it, but somebody is going to get that girl, might be OP.

Yeah, but the 7 was probably only like a 40% even if she was totally into him. There are somany random roadblocks from bar to hotel room its not even funny.

i didnt read the thread but if youve had gfs before and arent a complete loser you should definitely choose the going for a 10. i would pass up 50 7s for 1 10. but i guess it all depends one your definition of a 10, mine is pretty high. ive see like 5 in my life.

Buddy, you've never been to Vancouver or Calgary, or you read too much Maxim and judge women based on that. You are not dealing with reality. There are TONS of hot chics out there, everyday. Just because you rate them very low, and are a tough critic doesn't give you anymore status pal.

I think the people who voted to go for the 10 didn't read the post. Based on just the subject line that would be my choice as well, but given 2 chicks, one of any hotness with a boyfriend, and one scoring a 1 on the binary scale with no boyfriend, I'm going for the no boyfriend every time. The only excuse for going after the boyfriend chick is if there are no other girls in the area worth a minute of your time, otherwise you're wasting your time.

Also lol at you making it seem like Vancouver and Calgary are a haven for beautiful women. BTW the 100% x 7 analysis is really flawed because it is normally distributed so there are a lot more 7's than there are tens. That being said OP misplayed this for reasons stated earlier.
