these comics remind me of that one seinfeld episode in which they get the guy at the new yorker to admit that the cartoons have no meaning whatsoever.

This isn't merely a commentary on contemporary mores, this is [censored] funny.

garcia,

Outstanding. I also think that knowing the specific meanings of those terms was not necessary to find the comic hilarious. Obviously, it was a play on "ship it" and actual shipping, CLASSIC!

Keep up the good work.

Ok, so I was wrong, most people don't know what FOB/CIF stand for.

...

Anyway, my question is I made a Konrad comic but I found out right after I finished it that it's not that funny because the punchline is outdated. Shoud I:

1) Discard it, so as not to dilute the Konrad brand (Konrad is the byword for great funny comics), or

2) Post it here mid-week as a 'bonus' comic?

I say throw it out here as the regular comic. Outdated punchlines can be funny in a "Some Like It Hot" is still funny way.

Sure thing! It'll be next Monday. Just a word in advance that it may not reach the heights of underachievement of the previous Konrads
