how is that any different than a player bailing a site when it no longer suits his needs? Buster is free to do whatever he wants, and suffer the ramifications of said actions.

[/ QUOTE ]

Its different because Buster made a commitment to pay these people and now he is shirking that commitment.

Stu

[/ QUOTE ]well lets hope Buster comes back and tries to straigthen this out or atleast explain himself more.

God damn, how did people ever play poker without rakeback?

If he doesn't pay use your states long arm statute and sue him in your local small claims court.

hahaha, i am sorry to those players who were under busterstacks. but he has been nothing short of a dirtball since he entered the affiliate business. he sent boatloads of spammings to all players, slandered me and my site and claimed that all his players, are my unhappy customers.

he would come to me asking for help on how to do things, then turn around and talk smack about my site and what we do.

he is not taking a hit on this deal, he is looking for a payday before he leaves this business. HE IS THE STEREOTYPICAL EXAMPLE OF WHY AFFILIATES HAVE A BAD NAME.

anyways, raketracker.com will honor all payments to all players for the longevity of their accounts, as we always have after 2 years time now. there is a reason as someone pointed out earlier to go with a site that has a diversified business, with a longstanding trustworthy reputation.

I'd love to see how many of you would pay out of your own pocket if you were in busters shoes.

Ok, which of these options sounds the best:

Paying out of your own pocket, outright stealing all of their money, or just paying them so you breakeven or make a little profit out of it.

Buster told me about how he was going to not pay everyone rakeback like the day after the split happened but I honestly thought he was joking, going crazy, and upset and would snap out of it. I guess I was wrong.

Doesn't really jibe with Buster's "I'm only screwing those people who stuck with me" approach. How exactly does he decide who remained loyal in less than 24 hours?

(edited to remove part that questioned the glory of Sponger, which is clearly not appropriate, as Sponger is highly glorious).

Obviously since his own self interest rather than integrity is all he cares about, and also because this thread has no doubt made him paranoid, he concluded that ALL his customers are disloyal and that they all are "SOL". (You know who you are.)

Do any of the previous party "skins" still offer anything? I would think if they still offered, there would still be money to be made and paid?

If he is actually profiting on octoboer, then I agree with all of you that he is a dirtbag. I guess I sorta misinterpeted his post. I assumed he wasnt even going to make enough to pay his players who did stay. But I guess it sounds like he will be able ot pay them and then some. I agree the extra money should go to the other players, but it would be pretty tough to split up fairly and I dont think you can expect him to cover the rest out of his own pocket.

He gave you guys a higher % than anyone else, and most of you ditched other affiliates to take advantage of his offer. He isnt screwing you any more than you screwed your previous affiliates. As someone who never got more than 25%, I would have been perfectly happy to sacrifice one week worth of Oct. rake for 5% more the rest of the months.

edit-to say I am in no way connected to buster and he was not even my affiliate. I just think you guys are overreacting and are pretty quick to judge someone who is obviously in a pretty ugly situation.
