when people used to rail me for money and promise to pay it back I'd tell them sure, I'm sending now. then after 10 minutes they'd ask if I sent yet and I'd tell them I already sent. they'd say they didn't receive yet and I told them that they're lying and still owe me the money. some of them would flip out.

Wow I always do the same thing. Separated at birth?

I guess beggers are +EV for winning players in theory. If we assume that almost all beggers are losing players and that people who give money to beggers are a mix of losing and winning players, then somebody else giving money to a begger makes the games better on average. Providing you don't actually give them money yourself, it's all good. Just block their chat.

I normally flirt with guys and they would end up giving me money and if I cant pay them I'll just give them sexual favors.

I like to give a few bucks now and then when I play on Ftp etc.
My regular site has no observer chat, so theres really no beggers. I guees it would become very annoing dealing with every day.

When I walk around the downtown area of copenhagen I usually always keep like 10-20kr ($2-4)in the pocket of my jacket so taht "i'm ready" if a homeless person asks for money.. They have to be danish tho

in light of the more current thread I thought I would bump this thread back up. You have to love cyberhandling. Speaking of which anybody want to ship me a couple bucks. I promise to repay when ASAP. User name is nopohustler on FTP. Thanks.

I feel so dirty

I hate the beggars--there are so many of them on FT. Back when I played a lot of HU, I'd sit at NL600/NL400 with like 5-6gs spread accross the tables, and people constantly hounded me for money. Two "girls," said they watched me play all the time. A different "girl" asked for my screenname because she wanted to send me pics. It's so [censored] annoying to deal with.

Obvious play is to offer $5 for nude pictures.

Nice bump! Shahin86 on B2B was the guy I used to chat to on the rail and who often would send me 20 Euros to play with, and I'd pay it back each time. I was reminded of that when I saw Shahin83 beat Sbrugby today. It would be nice if it was the same guy - good karma! But if so he's changed his username because he also used to be Shahin86 on FT.

Lots of homeless people here on the streets of SF. Lots of begging. People who give to the homeless only do it to make THEMSELVES feel better. I feel sorry for them.

I'm not giving my money to a bum to feed his drug/alcohol addiction.

Once, I had just finished dinner in North Beach with friends, and homeless guy sitting in a doorway asked for money so he could eat. Female friend had a doggie bag, and gave it to him instead of money. He said, "f*** you", but took the bag of leftovers. He used them as a pillow and laid down.
