Slater is focused on preflop where KK has one pair and AJ just has a ton of outs.
BUT THAT'S PREFLOP, there's still 5 more cards to come, so outs are more important than what you have now. KK only has 2 outs (also some partial outs for flush/straights) while AJs has a ton of TPTK, Flush, and Straight outs which makes it a favorite to win the hand.

I think the levelers that thought they were being smart leveling actually got leveled by the levelers that leveled the people who thought they were leveling the levelers real goot
