Bumping this sh!t after I read it. I connected well with this post, definitely have had poker bring me down in the real world too, and winning doesn't always bring me up that much. I will attempt to learn this better for sure.

wow nice post ama...one thing I've done to try and be less results oriented is to pretend I'm playing poker only for the rb...I have a good estimate of how much rb I make an hour and I have a good br for the level I'm playing...so wether I win or lose I know I'm making x $ per hour, and stay away from the cashier button [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
