Bonds is at 738. He is going to break the record this year. I haven't looked at the schedule, but I hope he does it here in St. Louis so I can go watch.

But Bonds is such a titanic, colossal a-hole of mythical proportions that I can't enjoy watching him and keep wishing pitchers would drill him in the back. Also, Babe Ruth is dead.

Yea, but all you can observe of Bonds is what the media presents to you. And the media hates him for biased reasons, so I'd say you're not giving him a fair shake.
