Also note the difference between ephedra, the naturally occurring compound that has been linked to some severe health issues and either was or is banned in the USA, and synthetic ephedrine, which is dispensed in controlled dosages and has been deemed safe by the FDA.

guids,
I find it funny because people grossly abused these products and died. These things do have labels. And despite considering myself more knowledgeable than the vast majority of people... I still follow the directions on the label.

I took Ephedra for awhile back in college during "hell week" (the week before finals) to run 50-60 hour study sessions, and it was very effective. I've never really used it for weight loss, but I have (and still do) use Ephedrine.

Ok, so if I wanted to try this ECA stack thing, for say 3 weeks before I probably start my new job. From everything I've read I would take:
1 25 mg ephedrine tab 1 200 mg Excedrin 1 shot espresso? 3 times a day, but not too late so I can sleep. Does that sound right? Any other factors like before/after I workout, right when I get up, etc.? Also I have a feeling I'm going to be really really buzzing at first. Should I maybe ease into it somehow?

suzzer,
you don't need the aspirin. studies have shown it plays no role in aiding the thermogenic effect of E and C. I would most def. ease into the cycle. Take it once a day for a week, and maybe twice daily the next week. Trust me you will be humming with the initial dose for the first week and might never have to increase. And yes take it early enough in the day to test your tolerance.
