I got a response after an email I sent to [email protected]
Here it is: Dear Jesse, Thanks for contact customer services. As a response to your email, unfortunately your payment is still on pending status because our accounting department is waiting for the bank to process all the cheques that they have as a backlog. We are waiting to have an update on this, all bounced cheques ares till on pending status until the bank finish with the backlog that they have. your money is in the process of being sent to you, however it is delayed. This problem is a direct repercussion of the legislation passed by the American Congress in mid-October which seriously limited the means available to both our customers and our company to send and receive funds. I appreciate your patience in this situation and I would like to reiterate that you will receive your money as soon as humanly possible – we are hoping to have this matter resolved by sometime next week. I'm still getting the run around as well.
Short summary, request a check in late Jan. Check never arrived, GPP claims it was sent and that they'll stop payment and cut a new check (I don't believe it was ever sent). A month+ after that statement from GPP, still no new check and in fact their support people don't know when the new check will be sent. And (of course), 5 out of 6 calls to their support people have been disconnected at some point during the call. Have any US players received their cashouts from GPP this year? Who did you need to speak to in order to get your money? Jeff |
