Larry,

That is correct. When you run it multiple times, you do not reshuffle the prior boards back into the deck. You just repeat dealing boards for as many times as you've agreed to run it.

wtf daniel just flopped a set with pocket 3 but he said he has "trips"

A lot of people refer to any three of a kind as trips, but some nit-pickers insist that the term "trips" should only refer to 3 of a kind when you have one of the cards in your hand and two on the board.

I imagine the poster's point was that he should called it a "set."

Whatever . . . Doesn't seem like something to get all hot and bothered about.

They need to issue a DVD set of this series with no commentary. Just the table conversation.

Yes.
The more I like the show, the more it pisses me off. They have Kotter tell us about something funny Farha says to Sheiky instead of just letting us hear Farha say it.

Ah, ok, thanks.

Now i hear it very clearly, but I couldn't make it out at first.

There was anotother line of Brunson I didn't hear.

It was after 25 minutes, in the hand where Todd had J10 and Shiekan 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Elezra says something like: "I was .... profit' and then Todd replies and Harman, Elezra and Shiekan all laugh.

I think he said something like Shieky was the profit in the hand or that he only called because Sean was in the hand (Sean limped UTG this hand, right?). This seemed to be a running joke with a few other quick references in the broadcast, to the effect that they all wanted to play any hands against Sean because he was a donator.

I really enjoy this show.

What bout when Todd Bluffed him off his small pair after Sheik checked. Ezra made a joke like someone owes the Waitresses $500 as sheik folded best hand after Todd showed 7-5

Uh yes it is. The differentiation between a "set" and "trips" is a fundamental of hold'em. If you cannot grasp this concept, then you are an idiot.

If you have a straight, do you say "I have a flsuh"? No, its the exact same thing here.

Trips and sets are 2 completly different hands. Don't get it twisted.

Did anyone notice how when Todd Brunson checked once when he was in a hand with SS his hand got blurred, I recon he was giving a finger to SS as he checked, anyone else find this amusing?

Glad you know a lot more about poker than Daniel N. Really sir..who effin cares if it is trips or a set. The board was something like A-3-8. It doesn't matter.
