[ QUOTE ] The question remains.....are they winning? [/ QUOTE ] No. THe question is...how much longer before online poker dries up and blows away? [/ QUOTE ] Very true, its idiots like these guys who are eventually going to suck the life out of the game. Whats the point in playing against bots? Has anyone taken the time to report these to Absolute's support? If not, I will. Actually does anyone from Absolute's company post on here like Pokerstars and FTP do? |

Has anyone managed to look into this any further? I have not managed to find any of these bots yet. Any other ways of spotting them?

The next time you have something constructive, accurate,or logical to say will be the first time. [/ QUOTE ] look who's talking? Your post wasn't constructive at all. A big reason the gambling bill passed in the first place was because so many people refused to believe it was a real problem and buried their heads in the sand. Now you're basically doing the same thing with your original comment except I think the bot problem is a MUCH more serious threat to online games than any internet gambling legislation. And so what if the bots are at low limits. Do you have any idea how much effort it would take to program a profitable bot? Beat the low limits, tweak the programming, move up. It's only a matter of time before they infest higher limits if they haven't already. |

Btw,my original post served a very specific purpose. It was to check the very hollow vague useless statement i was responding to,much as i am doing now.
