I think this one's pretty easy, but I just learned about it so here goes:

Michael J. Fox was originally cast as Marty McFly in BTTF, but couldn't do it cause of scheduling conflicts with Family Ties. Who did they go with instead, and shoot >75% of the movie with? (This actor was, obviously, later replaced by Michael J. Fox for the BTTF we all know and love today.)
