Exactly, I dont understand why you guys are so excited. It's not like the US government said POKAR IS LEGAL ON THE INTERNETS or anything, it is just an optimistic interpretation of the bill by Stars.

online poker never was illegal...and the bill has nothing to do with that.

this will be interesting when ps decides to go public ... basically their attitude is that they will hope that by the time they choose to go public, there will be legal ways (interpretations) of bypassing this bill. Because they are not a public company right now, they have the liberty and freedom of not having any responsibility (moral or legal) to shareholders ... this is good news, but dont think its over ... its just begun.
