I been a lurker in Stud for a while now and it's become one of my favorite forums.

I am 26 years old and I was born on May 13, 1979.

I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It's in Eastern Canada on the Atlantic Ocean.

I habe a girlfriend of three years and we had our first child last November. I was married previously and have two children.

I am a full time student outside of poker. I study arts and science at the Nova Scotia Community College in Halifax, NS.

My favorite movie is The Big Lebowski and I listen to mostly old punk rock and metal.

I have been playing poker for most of my life although I have only become a serious student of the game in the past few years. My biggest poker accomplishment thus far would be winning a few 700/800 runner MTTs on UB this year. I also was last year's overall points winner in a home poker league I play in.

I'm 38 years old, live in Santa Barbara, CA with my wife of 15 years, no kids. Graduated at Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a BA in History. (No, I didn't know David Koresh).

I've been a computer programmer for 10 years. I work for a real estate accounting company . We develop, sell and support software for property managers, developers, pension fund advisors, universities, senior housing/assisted living, student housing, military housing, public housing.

In my spare time, I play music in a band (I'm the guy in front with long hair). We play classic rock, mostly original stuff. People have told me we sound kind of like The Band. If anyone wants a CD, PM me and I'll give you a 2+2 special discount (or just download the mp3s to your ipod...I don't care). I also play finger-picking style acoustic guitar music (John Hurt, Blind Blake, Rev Gary Davis, etc).

My best poker accomplishment is a 2nd place finish in a 20 table sit and go at PokerStars.

I've been spending a lot of time lately on a software program called PokerPoppa. It's going to have real-time (not hand history, but real-time) odds analysis (like poker stove), for HE, Stud, Stud8, Omaha, and Omaha8. It'll also have a full datbase engine (like poker tracker) with all of the standard stats. Also, there will be an ad-hoc report writer (i.e. graph my EV for stud8, one line for each limit; what's my EV for 3 flushes in stud at the 20/40 level over the last month). It's ambitious, but I think there might be a market for it. I'll post here when there's something to show.

I don't enjoy the low-limit $1-$2,$2-$4 games that I play as it seems I constantly get out drawn by maniacs. I play tight and don't consider myself a good player by any means. I am from Irvine, CA and I am actually white, not half spanish half chinese like most people would think from my name.

I am currently playing 2-4 five max(HE) on eurobet and I am getting my ass kicked. If my roll drops to 2K I am moving my money over to PS to play stud8 and O8. In 2004 I made a ton of money playing in tournaments. Won two 50+4s on PR, finished well in a stud8 tournament on PS(the 109er). Basically lucked my way into 6K without even knowing how to play poker...at all. Luckily, I am a smart guy and spent most of it, lost a lot of it back though which sucked. I used to play live poker frequently but now I am more or less an internet guy. Irvine and Boston arent exactly right down the street from big poker rooms and its kinda lonely driving and playing poker by yourself.

uh, other than that nm is going on with me. I play golf, surf sometimes(getting back into it), ski, snowboard, drink beer, eat awesome food that I cook, sleep too much, love watching real madrid play soccer...I dont know. I am probably forgetting a lot of details but I cant think about ti right now. HOLLA
