I think so. I believe that if PokerStars was going to stay, they would have already announced it. I think they are just waiting as long as possible, until the bill is signed, to announce that they are pulling out of the American market.

It looks like the Full Tilt folks are about to become billionaires, if they can stay out of the pokey. It's pretty ballsy of them to give the Feds the finger like that, but more power to them.

I wouldn't be so quick to think Stars has already decided to pull out. For one thing, Party is a public company whereas Stars is privately held. As a business owner myself, I know just how long it can take to sort through legal issues. I think this idea that they would have made an announcement if they were staying and only haven't to keep cash flowing until the last minute is wrong.

Their entire business is riding on this decision. It's not unreasonable that it would take a week or more to sort it out. Remember, they didn't have the final language of the bill until last Friday or Saturday.

I still want Stars to stay, but Full Tilt is a great second option. Just for their ballsiness, I'll play there more than I would have otherwise for my #2 site, even if Stars stays.
