Here's a couple more suggestions: Monday Night Fish Fry, or Fish Fry Monday.
Actually, though, my vote goes for FristlNacht. A lot of people might not understand it, however, with pre-war Nazi history not exactly a common study these days.

If anyone doesn't know what 'Krystalnacht' is, you should look it up. Its not something to be taken lightly. I vote for Monday the Frist, or some variation of that.
