Charles Barkley would be my pick. He's already proven himself from the time he pitched that guy through the plate glass window. He said later that his only regret was that it was on the first floor.

If athletes are not allowed, then I say Seagal, Li, Norris, or Rogan...at this point, probably Rogan or Li, because Seagal is over the hill and Norris brings only two possible outcomes: death to the other guys, or death to all three of us, due to Norris killing me as a cooldown to the workout of killing the first two guys.
