Did this tonight. Actually got to 10K pretty quick and then fizzled with 32 players left. Some very weakass play tonight. The payout structure sucks.

260 or so in the tourney tonight. 23k or something prize pool. 7k for first. paid top 27 I think, but 27th through something only paid like 130.

How is everyone doing so far, just got 17th in the 100+25 tonight. Stupid mistakes beat me. Had ak and a guy turned the wheel on me because i didnt bet. Then short stacked when i busted out chip leader raised im on the button say suited qj, i only had 5BB's so i had too push. he had aj, after the flop he hit an ace flush didnt materialize on the river. Overall not bad for one of my bigger live tournies ive ever played. playout wasn't great but better than i usually do on a donkament online. Livve game are easier in my opinoin, seeing people play with chips, move in their chair, so much better.But back to the begiinning, how is everyone else doing so far?

only played 2 so far, both were the nightly 100's. First one, on thursday, I was pretty much card dead for the first two hours...busted soon after.

Played in the one tonight. I doubled up early by hitting two sets. Had my stack up to almost 6k, but that is where I went downhill. Last hand I was in the big blind, blinds were 300/600 and I had about 3.5k. folded to button who just called, sb completed, and I decided to push with A4o sensing weakness from the button. I was very surprised when he called and showed AQs. No 4 and I'm out around 70'ish.

I will probably play the nightly tourney tommorow night if you want to meet up.

anyone in town....RenoRyan and I are meeting up at around 5:15 tonight before the 6pm tourney. If anyone wants to join, I think we are going to meet up in front of Johnny Rockets. I'll be wearing my usual backwards Falcons cap. Just come say hi.

I played tonight in the $100 donkfest.

Bubble boy.

19th with 18 paying.

I have about 1.5x average stack. Bet pot on the flop, chip leader calls with a gutshot. Turn makes me top two pair and I failed to lay it down to the straight.

Got to play for two hours on Sunday afternoon. Now I was bragging about my 10/20 play so I sat in the 20/40 game. How did I do you ask? Well lets say I will quietly play 10/20 for awhile and maybe even 4/8. Humility is an expensive lesson to learn. So if you see me at the 4/8 please don't laugh to loud.
