What sparked the move out to Vegas? To play live cards full time or found a new job and play cards on the side?

Congrats. Nice house. You should get some more artwork on the walls too. Maybe when you have time/if you're allowed, paint the walls and put in some better looking carpet.

we rented a house right in that neighborhood for wsop. nice area. all the houses are basically the same though.

I'll be first. You can probably get a 300 sq ft studio in Manhattan for 350K if you look hard.

My brother recently moved from a very nice 1BR apartment in a very nice area of Philadelphia to Manhattan. His new place is roughly the size of his old living room.

And his rent nearly doubled.

Edit: Oh, right, the thread. Very nice place surf, I've heard great things about Henderson.
