I think this would really be better if you made people build a team based upon certain perameters, no just putting superstars that would automatically win a championship.

Something like: 1 superstar, 1 2nd-tier star, 2 role players, a shutdown defender, ETC ETC ETC. Pick whatever you want, this could be fun....

This team lacks perimeter defense and interior scoring. You can do better than this. Having Kirilenko and Wallace is superfluous, and it sacrifices too much scoring. And having both Wade and James duplicates quite a lot.
