I'm skeptical that the owner will actually deliver my pizza, or even being involved in the pizza-making process.

DaveR, did you look at any of the other "Best of Cleveland" lists? Wendy's makes a top 10 hamburger, Denny's is a top 5 breakfast, Chipotle is a runner up for cheap eats, likewise Hometown Buffet for comfort food, DQ and Baskin Robbins crack the top 10 ice cream list, Olive Garden gets the Bronze for italian food and Outback hits clean up for best steak. Is Cleveland a strip mall in Massapequa?
