MrMon - I like this idea. Perhaps we can set up a website which contains additional information and sell a ton of ad space on it, and earn lots of money after this site gets a ton of hits. Or set up an non-toll-free number.

easy fix to this one...just put in the customer service number of philip morris, or some other tobacco giant. edit: obviously, we would just use the phone number from said tobacco giant - lawyer sounding names would have to be made up to make the firm sound real.
