If it was explained in the rules that it was ILLEGAL to post your character I woudl accept it. However then how do we prevent people jokingly posting their character? Wouldn't the easiest thing to do be to just NOT TELL PEOPLE.

i agree we shouldn't post our characters and we shouldn't angle shoot by posting to make wolves lie

my actions were based on bob and my name matching up making me think the list wasn't rand() and thus was an unfair game; not to gain an unfair advantage

i prolly woulda just pmed horn to ask if he rand()ed and i got lucky to be #1 if it was just me, but once bob posted and he matched up, that's what i went on

Bob the right thing to do would have been to pm horn and tell him you found a loophole

This is a wonderfully dramatic Friday morning, I figured I had to be in even though I should be working.

You all do realize this is just a turbo that will quicly be forgotten? There is no reason to ban each other from playing in future games.

If you don't understand that the point of the game is to play then no amount of conversation will force you to change perspective. If you cannot handle playing in a theme game because the temptation of using an unfair strategy is too great, just stick with vanilla WW and it won't be a problem.

EDIT: And now I am done with this fiasco. Are we starting Horn? What's game status?

I realized it after getting my PM. Everyone woulda had the info, we woulda had to re-assign anyway. OH and last time I 'ruined' a game by admitting i had unfair knowledge beforehand I got roasted for that too.
