You forgot to mention that the online website where we are flipping coins takes 5 cents out of every "pot". MINUS EV!

Interesting thread, will read it latyer

The best analogy for poker, I read on this forum but I don't remember who used it. It's like the coin flip one but more profound...

Poker is like flipping coins for 100 dollars followed by playing chess games for 1 dollar, over and over again. On any given day, whether you win or lose is determined by the coinflip. But at the end of the year, the coinflips break even and your success depends on how well you did in the chess games
