I also tip floor people and the board girls. Not often, and not a lot, but enough that I sometimes hear about especially good tables. Tipping can be way +EV. [/ QUOTE ] How much do you tip them? I've always thought about tipping good floors but I wondered how much is considered to be good. Durs

I don't tip the dealers very often, well hardly actually because the the casinos I play at have all the dealers inside the casino from poker tables and house games pool share the tips. So in short I'm tipping the house, not the dealer which pisses me off.
I feel that if the dealer is doing a great job, dealing fast, reading the board right, pushing pots the right way, and just not [censored] up then they deserve a nice tip. I once gave a dealer a $100 tips total for the night simply because he was the fastest and most accurate dealer I ever saw. He deserved it. it's a service, and tips are based on the service. So bad service = no tips. period. Lawrence
