Thats the thing I think Doug and Ftp are full of it. Why would I have 7 people doing fraud have them dump chips to me only to lose it back to regulars. Why don't they post hand historys of who I dumped it to and if they are still playing on the site or not? If they are then their statements are 100% false and they are lying.

[/ QUOTE ]

"... who I dumped it to ..." - slip?

[/ QUOTE ]

you clearly did not understand his post. He is saying, who did he "dump" his money to (the money that he lost), and who are they, clearly it makes no sense for him to get money dumped to him, and then lose it all to REGULAR players, right?

[/ QUOTE ]

Well that's an interesting thought. I don't think anyone really accused him of dumping off his money the first time did they? I know FTPDoug never said he dumped off his money. But that would be pretty inefficient huh? I just assumed he lost it gambling. Much better to dump it to an accomplice.

Did anyone ever accuse OP of dumping his money to an accomplice the first time? Or did he just come up with that on his own? Even if OP really did lose his money gambling. If he's the first one to bring up the possibility that he dumped it, that is very very interesting.

Just like I assume any poker player would remember one individual they took for $8k, as I am looking at it from a pros perspective. Maybe eric assumes we all would assume he dumped his money to an accomplice, since that would seem incredibly obvious from his perspective.

My personal opinion is that there needs to be an organisation of some kind that is completely independant, where all the sites can pass on possible fraud cases and all the information they have and it can be judge completely impartially. The problem I see is that the sites have too much power in these kind of situations and basically have the right to do whatever they see fit, regardless of whether they can back it up. At the end of the day the poker sites have nobody to "answer to" and therefore if you have an account with any poker site you are just going to have to hope that it is safe. The players need to get something sorted out because basically at the moment you have no rights as a player to dispute anything the site says or does and its that simple.

Actually, they do have someone they have to "answer to" -

And right there on the website is a button called "Complaints". I wonder why that would be there...

I didn't know about these guys...so thankyou, at least it gives a little confidence back. Have you tried putting your case to these guys Eric??

[/ QUOTE ]

why is Eric responding to other questions but seemingly ignoring the posts about his rights to complain via the Kahwahnkee site?

Cause you suck at poker and have to resort to stealing, obviously. You tried to give cover play and lost.

Tuco.

I think a much more credible scenario is that by collecting the money from the CC frauders, he could bankroll himself and "take a shot" at some big cash win for free. He probably is a reasonable player.

However, I also think that the FT man should post the HH showing that chip dumping did occur. He could just hide the other players nicknames. We are only interested in seeing the "obvious" chip dumping, who cares about the names of some players that have now been banned from FT.

FTPDoug telling us that Erik is a frauder and then not posting anymore is exactly the same as support telling a player he's cheated, confiscating his money and not answering to emails anymore. Different public but same pattern.

Eric may be a cheater and criminal, but FT is certainly not getting a better reputation by handling things the way they are in this thread.

These guys aren't going to do anything effectual. It's not an avenue worth pursuing right now. If they do anything, it will be slowwwwww.

So they are basically a waste of time? So who can players turn to if they feel they have been treated unfairly?
