I apologize if this has already been addressed, but why can't you get G2CU to give Full Tilt permission to give an official answer or release all of his HHs to someone for an official result?

Didn't realise this was an option. Doubt g2cu is still reading this thread and I have already PMed him like 5 times about this, but if Rolen or someone on the panel wants to investigate this avenue, it sounds like a good idea to me.

I'm someone well-known and generally considered capable of good decision-making.

capable of good decision-making:
You may have heard that I do okay at this poker thing, which tends to be a sign of ability to objectively analyze and evaluate information, among other things.

Also, I've done nothing that should make anyone think I would go into this with a bias to screw anybody. Whatever possible amount of money could possibly be involved isn't worth it for me.

I was high when I wrote the original quoted passage, so it may not make as much sense as I would have hoped. But it doesn't really matter, since I don't care about the result. If either of the participating parties have a problem with that, I'll step down, because there's no benefit whatsoever to me to be on this panel. If there's anyone else who has a reason to question my integrity, speak up now and say just what it is.

lol, not that i care; but giving the evidence to be impeached in the plea for someone to give you a reason to be impeached made me laugh. (probably too much wine for me tonight)

Hello all

To the people unsure of the singularity between the sessions. All our data is identical in hands, time played and $ save a few small discrepencies in G2CU's figures..Who actually has less hands. Unless you believe that both dataminers accidently picked up the same session and that the session was about 2 minutes long and lasted 7 hands, you have to admit that all 3 data sets are from the same time period.

Since two corroborate indentically and one does not, I think the terms have been met. But that's for the panel to decide.

FWIW, I have no bias against Nath being on the panel. His comments were all made before we had the second dataminer's results which is what my argument is based around, so he has new evidence upon which he can make a different judgement.

Unfortunately it would be very difficult to verify that G2CU would forward all the HHs. If we had them sent directly to a third party it would be conclusive, but it's probably not practical.

BTW unless anyone involved objects, i'd be most interested in seeing the chat transcripts between nath, dean and el d when we're all finished.

If getting high is a reason to question someone's integrity like 2/3 of 2+2 shouldn't trust one another.

Somehow, we do.
