i dont get why ppl arent forcing more fouls. the refs are willing to call them, and ppl have foul trouble

because Rip coming off a double screen or Chauncey running a pick n roll are pretty damn good options too...but I do agree with your general point about Rasheed looking very good right now and forcing the defense to react.
