Also - if you have 22-99, you raise and are re-raised, how big a re-raise are you calling/are you calling a min-raise? - I often seem to get min-raised and not sure if you have odds to call with a medium PP...

fold here but as a general rule minraises tend to price you in with 22-99 to play for set value - esp as minraises so often mean you have sick implied odds.
