The solution is very easy, make people play an even number of hands until 10 hands is up at least, unless they busto.

Alternativly you can make it against the rules (as it is clearly cheating) and then warn players you do this via email and if they continue to do so, suspend or close their accounts after repeat warnings, or restrict their access to HU tables similar to players who get their DPs taken away after constantly using them to cheat.
