[/ QUOTE ] Its not so much that you are KILLING OOT. You just make it a worse place. The "everything else" forum for most forums is a lot bigger compared to the relative size of the forum. I also think its interesting that a big chunk of this thread is posters complaining about NT! and NT! defending himself and yet he still thinks he is doing a steller job. When simply that he has to defend himself here so much proves otherwise. |

And the fact that 1) he won't remove mods except for the grossest violations of rules that mostly have nothing to do with how they mod in general, 2) he has at one time endorsed all mods who were later forcibly de-greened, and 3) the level of complaints against you including your being ranked at the top or near it in polls of who is the worst mod, all indicate that the probability is that you are just a crap mod who follows the bare minimum rules, and/or sucks up to the admins enough, to keep your job. Now to rebut what I have just said, please show an example of Mat saying a mod sucks (in his modding of his forum), yet retaining him for the time being. Or some reason to think you aren't merely the best of a bad lot of choices for what doubtless is a thankless and tough job anyway. |
