If you are in someone's album, it's a simple as changing

If you are at a search result like the one posted above there are a few more steps.
1. The name of file is at the bottom left corner just below the video.
2. Right click on the webpage (not the video), select View Page Source (or View Source in IE).
3. Search that text file for the video's file name. The result closest to the top should be the direct link to the file.
