well, i was hammered and furious when I made that post so I'm surprised it ended up as coherent as it did. probably even moreso than anything you've posted in this thread.


regardless, Hamels and Utley? Um, no. Rowand is having a great year, Rollins is too. Victorino is underrated and slumping lately, Greg Dobbs is having a good year for the amount of time he's seen and is good off the bench. That's not even considering guys like Michael Bourn, etc And of course Howard who is just starting to get out of his early season struggles.

And the reason why the Phillies are 4.5 back IS because Lieber and Garcia are hurt. are you seriously [censored] stupid? Do you think that some rag-tag AA ball callups would be able to outperform them?

oh, and that whole thing about there being another half of the season to play. I'm glad you feel you've got the East locked up already.
