Soooo... in voting #1, we had a player not submit on time.

Zurvan - what happens to a match if somebody fails to submit his 5 Player One offers? What happens if somebody fails to respond to his Player Two offers?

Giving zero to both players seems a bit harsh in such a situation. If you don't already have a policy in mind, I would propose something like "if Player 1 makes no offer, he gets nothing and his opponents get 500 each. If player 1 makes an offer but player 2 fails to respond, player 1 gets half of what he would get if his offer had been accepted and player 2 gets nothing." Exact numbers can be tweaked, but the idea is to give the participating player something like an average result and the non-participant the zero.

i would think if player 2 didn't submit, then player 1's offer would be automatically accepted
