Select any minority gang of your choice. I prefer Asians, not because I'm Asian, but because they're experienced in dealing with situations such as making other people pay.

Let the selected gang know about scammer's destination.

You'll feel even better than getting your money back. Then you'll feel bad because he might not be normal again. And no one will or think of Grimming you in the future.
