omg u lost 19 big blinds to a runner runner..THE AGONY!!!!!

Whatev. I believe I mentioned that it was my favorite of my losses. I didn't say it was the biggest, or the only, loss I had. I found it particularly nasty not for the size of the pot but for the method of losing. If you can't handle that, perhaps you shouldn't read the thread that is specifically earmarked for useless chat.

[ QUOTE ]

seriously tho man i dont know what ur going to do when u hit a REAL downswing that last for 80k hands

[/ QUOTE ]

If I ever had a downswing that lasted for 80k hands, I'd have to learn how to play poker, because nobody who loses for 80k hands straight knows what they are doing.

The odds that a player who wins at just 5 PTBB/100 would have a breakeven stretch that lasted 80k hands are less than 0.25%.

Enough of that nonsense. On to more fun stuff. After moving down in stakes, things got quickly back to normal. No more unlucky hands for me!

Sorry I'm late to this. I need somewhere to gloat and I felt that this hand was similar to when a Zen novice realises the answer to the koan about one hand clapping. This was an epiphany about the logic of 2+2 SSNL and made my transition from limit that one step further.
