Apart from this thread, realjaydub seems to mostly post in NVG and BBV. I am convinced that he's levelling everyone who is replying seriously to his posts.

if you can't differentiate the two who gives a damn

also, the difference between 18/12 and 25/10 is playing ~50% more hands ~18% less aggressively

Apparently you didn't see it, but a few months ago there was a post like OPs, but he showed actual PT screen shots. There was a HUGE problem with something...I think it was frequency of pocket pairs. This was taken very seriously by many of the usual nay-sayers (of course there were a number who still didn't believe, but that will always happen). Thankfully, it proved to be a problem with an older version of PT not displaying the hands.

it was actually the OP of this thread

LOL. You're right, but this wasn't the first time. OnlinePro didn't produce stats, and therefore was roundly mocked. Then a couple of people (MicroBob was one, can't remember who the other person was who mentioned it first) brought up the OTHER thread we had a few months ago. In that thread the person DID post numbers, they DID look legit, and people WERE concerned. That's when the PT bug was discovered. After it came up in this thread, OnlinePro admitted a few days later that his PT hadn't been updated earlier.

When I first started playing I built my roll form $50 to $700 or so playing the $5 Party SnG's that were raked at 20%.

Of course a lot of non-US networks (Prima, iPoker, B2B etc) also offer 50%+ RB which will take the effective rake (even at stakes where the cap doesn't kick in) down to 2.5% or so...

But anyway - why doesn't a mod just lock this pointless thread ffs?

Point taken. But 25% isn't necessarily terrible imo...not great but definitely not terrible.

rjb,

your arguments are so obviously and deliberately idiotic that they cannot possibly be serious. while it is funny, and i get the humour, it does grate after awhile.

by contrast, at least the other muppets in this thread actually seem to believe what they write.

Is there really that much difference between 18/12 and 25/10?

[/ QUOTE ]

yes. Pretty significant difference.

and nobody told you to emulate the guy who ran really hot in the short-run.

Starting think you are purposefully being ridiculous because you can't possibly be serious about some of this stupid stuff.
