ZJ,
I just heard that you hate me! Wow. Well, I don't hate you. I think you are at heart a good kid, just ethically challenged. It is unfortunate that instead of learning how to get better at poker you instead focused on learning how to cheat. Hopefully this episode will make you reconsider some of your choices. |

So there is a 74% chance that this will not happen, and a 26% chance that two of his accounts will end up playing against each other at some point. [/ QUOTE ] Didn't you read his post? None of that matters because when he's on the same table with 2 of his accounts he just opens more tables so he doesn't gain an advantage. |

I think it actually would be cool if all the top sites had some kind of agreement to cross-ban cheaters, like the casinos do in Vegas. [/ QUOTE ] That's the natural evolution of this situation. PokerStars and other sites will surely know this information. Why would they ever let ZeeJustin play on their site with just one account? PS: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I guess we'll be seeing a lot more of ZJ at PS? Or will this affect that somehow? I think it actually would be cool if all the top sites had some kind of agreement to cross-ban cheaters, like the casinos do in Vegas. That would turn what is becoming a large disincentive, into a GIGANTIC one. [/ QUOTE ] I've wondered the same thing; if they share banned account names or Ips, etc. I can't imagine making 50k a month then having to go back a real job. |

This is why online gambling is going to be illegal very soon. Companies that design [censored] software can steal all your money because their software is so [censored] it can be exploited.

Rakeback: benefits you, benefits affiliate, does not hurt other players.
Multiples accounts: benefits you, hurts other players. |

DVaut1 (1 account, no rakeback, overly-self righteous, probably a complete moron for not having rakeback...but sleeping easy tonight). [/ QUOTE ] -suzzer, who plays on PS for the rakeback=Dell Merchandise, so he can sleep easy at night. |

1. I've never gotten rake-back on party (although I have on the skins). I'm not opposed to it though.
2. Most people have the expectation that Party isn't going to confiscate their funds for rakeback. Reason: They have never done this before (to my knowledge). Most people have the expectation that Party could very easily confiscate someone's funds for playing in the same tournament on multiple accounts. Reason: People have a freaking brain and know that this is a likely consequence. Zee - are you seriously saying that Party's actions come as a surprise to you after getting caught with 6 accounts in one tournament? Almost ANYBODY here would conclude that the risk of having all funds confiscated would be extremely high. So...not only was it pretty dumb to play on 6 accounts at once like that...it was also pretty dumb to have THAT much money in all those accounts when there's the very real risk that Party will just take it all if/when they happen to catch you. in other words, IF I was actually going to try to do what you were doing, I would keep my account-balances to a minimum in case Party caught on. You're usually a pretty bright guy...so I just don't see how there's any freaking way you couldn't foresee this possibility. FWIW - I've never played on someone else's account nor have I ever had someone else play on mine. |
